Chances are, if you've arrived at this site, it's to learn more about the airplanes flying over your home and the operations of aircraft on the ground at the Santa Monica Airport.

Santa Monica Airport is one of the oldest continuously operated single-runway general aviation airports in Los Angeles County.  Noise sensitive residential areas closely surround the Airport, with over 150,000 residents within 2 miles of the Airport. 

Our neighbors turn to us for answers. When you call to voice your concerns and objection to aircraft operations, you help us gauge and better understand what’s occurring in your community.  In return, we take appropriate action by verifying the source of your complaint using our sophisticated web-based AirScene software. This allows us to educate pilots, aircraft owners and operators when we contact them in writing, by telephone or in person.  Your airport recognizes the value in obtaining feedback from you.  If you have a complaint about aircraft operations or want our noise management team to look into an event there are several ways getting in contact with us.
