Santa Monica, California – If you have digestion problems or suspect you have food allergies, you won’t want to miss The Four R’s of Digestive Health on Tuesday, January 11, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Library’s Multipurpose Room, 601 Santa Monica Boulevard.  Naturopathic doctor Margaret Schenck of Balance Westside Wellness discusses digestion, nutrition, and food sensitivities in this informative talk about the “four R’s of digestive health”:

  • Repopulating beneficial bacterial flora

Dr. Schenck is a licensed, board-certified Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.). She earned her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. She serves both adult and pediatric populations, and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the California Naturopathic Doctors Association.
