Staff of the Santa Monica Rent Control Board present "Maintenance of Residential Rental Properties", a free seminar for landlords and tenants. Learn the basic standards for maintenance of residential rental properties including:
- What must be maintained or repaired?
- Who is responsible for the cost?
- What happens when a complaint is made to the Rent Control Board and/or the City?
- Habitability and relocation
Santa Monica Code Compliance will be the guest speakers.
